How many people here wish they could buy a house or a condo?

I agree with all of the above. It would be so cool and helpful to have just maybe, not a million, but like 400k or 500k, somewhere around there. That way you could: *Buy house/condo *Not quit your job, but work a LOT less hours. I know if I had 200 or 300k I would only work 16 hours (2 days) per week instead of the depressing full 40 hours. There would be no reason for me to work 40 hours cuz I no longer would be paying rent. When you look at it, rent is the murderer of everyone's income. Its the biggest bill we got, its not expensive but its the highest one we have out of all. With a condo bought and working 2 days a week each, my girl and I would be bringing in around $12,000 combined after tax per year. That would cover most bills and not spoil the 200k lump sum or whatever. That's the coolest part about it.
