Ben and Charles

So we finally know the source of Ben and Charles' conflict. It actually was started by the crash victims turning the wounded, by Sayid, young Ben over to the Others to be saved. It turns out Charles didn't like that and later Ben took control of the Others away from Charles and banned him from the island. So where will their conflict go from here, are some of the survivors of the new crash working for Charles? Will Ben be able to follow Locke like Alex says he must?
