which was the best,2003 world cup or 2008 T 20 world cup?

hi friends.the 2 very memorable world cups for india since 1983 was the 2003 world cup and the recent T 20 world cup .we didnt win the world cup though we reached finals of 2003 .2003 world cup was dominated by 3 forces from india.
1.captain courageous sourav ganguly
2.the master blaster sachin tendulkar
3.the best bowler of that world cup javagal srinath.
when all 3 worked well,we won matches but when they failed collectively,unfortunately at the finals,we lost.
i cant exactly point out who was the star of 2008 T20 world cup winning team.may be its dhoni.
so which is your favourite world cup without considering the finals?

A win overshadows everything else, so i guess the T20 win was the best. No doubt they did well in the 2003 world cup, but 2008 was memorable as they won the first ever T20 world cup. not that many people had givrn they a chance but they won it.

HI there ,
To me the 2008 T 20 world cup was the best as the team was very young and inexperienced and worst of all they did not have any coach .It was just pure passion that got them to win the T-20 world cup .But we cant take anything away from the 2003 world cup as it was a long time since we had come so close to getting a world cup.
But all in all i loved the T-20 world cup ......
