need a vcc to verify my paypal!!!

Hi, If u use VCC, then you can use that only once. That will be useless thereafter. Why not get an real one(Debit mastercard) rather than VCC. Get a real debit mastercard, use that & verify ur paypal account, u can also use that to withdraw money. Check my blog's money online category. There is a discussion about how to get a master card.
