Inferiority complex

I have a problem that i think it be because of my inferiority complex. That is i can not be face to face with beautiful girls. May be because i m not handsome enough.I feel nervous because the girls may think that i have some bad thinkings. Now some girls joke me, some go away and donot speak to me. I m mentally harrased, i want to be frank with all.But it is a germ in my that I have inferiority complex.Will it deprive me from my relationships? Do help friends.
