Does anyone remember a restaurant named Bill Knapp's in Michigan?

I was born in Michigan but moved away when I was young. I remember going to a restaurant named Bill Knapp's for my birthday. Is this restaurant still around? I remember eating chocolate cake when I was there.

I believe the company went bankrupt in the early 2000's. I used to go there a lot as a kid, especially for birthdays. It's too bad they went out of business. There was one located close to where I live now.
