Legalization of pot

Should pot be legalized in America? In teh 1920's prohibition opened the doors for thugs like Al Capone who murdered hundreds of people in order to take complete controll of the bootlegging. If we think about it that is what is going on with drugs, the catels are anihalating people in order to control the drugs being smuggled across the border. Also the U.S. spends billions of dollars a year trying to enforce something which cannot be controlled, and at economic times like this, those billions of dollarss can be better used somewhere else!=] SO................................ should pot be legalized? I beleve so, what about you?
