Salaad And Onion

In my opinion any Salad is incomplete without onion. I think onion is the most important contents of any salad. Even its provide lots of roughage in our salad. It adds up to our taste. Apart from taste if we add sufficient salad then it maintains our health as well. Apart from onion cabbage and apples is also one of the important contents of salad. We must eat salad every day. It must be part of our daily diet. Suggest your opinion about different contents of salad.

I daren't put onion in salads because of the after effects and I work with the public Iwillput just about anything and everything else and the best salads are those with the most unusual combinaitons of things. A very refreshing rice salad I make with rice, pineapple, ham and cheese is very popular when I have friends in.

I think you don't enjoy onion much otherwise everyone like onion in there salad

I prefer it cooked. Raw onion leaves me with digestion problems so it is best I avoid it.

hi neerajpandey_13, my dear friend, i love to have salad with my food everyday and from very young , if i remember it fully well, our grandmom, made it compulsory to make a salad plate for us and made a point to see that we eat it and finish it. she also made a point to make us eat curd everyday and today both these things are so much compulsory in my diet and these both the things are so healthy and good for our health that i am really thankful to her for all this. she use to serve us green salad without onion becasue she dont eat onion and we also dont eat onions at our place. now after getting married i have started eating it and before marriaGE ALSO , WE STARTED EATING IT OUTSIDE OUR HOUSE. OUR SALAD USE TO HAVE beetroot, cabbage, spinach, lettuce, corn , tomatoes, ginger, coriander, carrot, redish, and special fruit salt which she use to make at home on her own and then use to squeeze a lemon on top of it. it use to be very very tatsy and i still love to have it, the salt was the mixture of rock salt, black salt, cumin seed powder, black pepper, ajwain and some more two three items if i am not wrong. it is still prepared at my house and we always have that salt in fruit and salads.
