a teacher'encouragement for a student according to many studies . when a teacher encourage his students ,they will become more and more active and positive ,but if you always insult them and punish them ,they wil hate you ,and even worse ,they will ditrust everything ,including his parents and teacher . encouraging you students often and tell them they are the best is better than punish them . in china ,nany teachers like to punish students when they made some little mistakes ,they never pay attention to what a student is thinking about . this is a serious quistion .

I am no teacher but when I was in my school then I admired one of my teachers because he was disciplined. If you would follow the rule then he will be smooth to you but if you will disobey anything then he will punish you. He will not beat you but will insult you in front of whole class. Since he was very popular no one wanted to get punished by him. As a result we all were brats in every other teacher's class but his.

teachers are the moulders of the student's characters and lives, so they should understand this responsibility, and behave likewise with their students, your views are very good that they will get spoiled or they can misbehave if u go wrong or do wrong to them. Punishing severely disturbs their psychology and may make them rough and change their attitude towards life.

I totally agree with you. The same notion goes for parents also. I think for teachers and parents to give kids positive feedback is of utmost importance for the child's psychological wellbeing to grow in a healthy manner. And to care about what the student is thinking about is a big part of positive progress of the child. You are so right with what you are saying. We really need more loving and caring teachers throughout the world.

I agree, teachers should encourage their students more. I believe that it is not right for them to insult their students especially in front of their classmates. It would cause them to lose their self-confidence. If the teacher needs to correct the student, he/she should talk to the student face to face. A teacher should constantly find ways to encourage the students to develop their potential.
