How about bringing back Death Penalty?

Recently here in the Philippines, there were convicted murderers and child rapist who were brought out from jail even after not serving their sentence completely. It was realized that they did good things while in jail, which is why the President set them free. Note that some of them admitted the crime, while others pleaded not guilty. Now, do you think it's time to bring back death penalty? Do you consider this inhuman, and why? No hurting words, please.

For me lifetime sentence must be imposed well. There was a politician, you might know who I'm referring to, who was convicted rapist and sentenced for double life imprisonment but later on was set free from the jail because of commutation of not less than 20 years. But many of well known human rights activist, lawyers and different sectors of society saying that this politician has a great connection to the leader of the country. How it suck is he is sentenced a double life imprisonment so how come he can be set free for just spending less than 20 years in jai.

personaly, i think if the person accused has broken other peoples human rights by taking their lives, then its only fair if his rights are taken from him.

Now tell me just how many little girls and little boys are in jail for these people to hurt, hummm? None! Who else is there that they can do wrong to? No one! Just how much TROUBLE can they get into in jail? Not much, just fighting with other jerks that have found themselves int here with them. So tell me how can they really be considered doing anything thing good when nothing was there to tempt them to do wrong? They do the same thing here in the States. The problem is the jails are so overcrowded that they came up with this to get some of the people out to make room for more. It's awful isn't it when they will turn these people back out into the streets knowing they have not and will not ever change and will do it again.

Yes, not because I believe a stolen life should be paid by another life, but because bad people nowadays are not scared to do anything as long as they know that they'll remain alive for their sins. What do you think of killers who already killed a lot of people? Why don't they feel any conscience or hesitance doing it? The reason why they keep on doing it is because they know they'll only be held captive. Basically, it should be a way to scare them off and to save MORE lives.
