I feel dismayed when I see lots of stuff.I don't know why

i feel dismayed as soon as i enter the libary, thousands of books make me want to go to the bathroom and nernous.not to mention seeing colorful and countless clothes in a big department store.I wonder is there someone else has the same feeling like me ?

That always happen's to me in the groc store I always have to go the bathroom I just get some shopping done then I have to stop to go it's a bit much don't you think ....They got to know very well at where I shop because of that reason.
