"watchman" have you seen it

I enjoyed it. It wasn't what I was expecting after 300, but there was still a lot of Zack Snyder's unmistakable style in it. Oddly, 300 had more of the noir flare than Watchmen which was wide open for noir. But I still enjoyed it. Apparently, however, I was alone in that opinion as it only lasted three weeks here and Paul Blart is STILL playing three and a half months later. Clearly there's no accounting for taste in this town.

i actually really liked it. I wasn't aware that it was made or directed by the same people as 300, so I suppose I was lucky that i didn't have anything to set an expectation to. I liked Watchmen because i thought it was action filled but it had more emotion than most action films, and of course the special effects were amazing. I really liked the acting and the plot as well.

I saw the movie and I really enjoyed it. It wasn't at all what I expected, but I thought it was fantastic. 300 was a better movie, sure, but they are not really the same type of movies. While both are based on graphic novels, one (300) was decidedly not a superhero movie, while the other (Watchmen) was clearly a superhero movie with a very unique twist. Really I found the watchmen a more believable superhero story than most. Sure the hero's all had shades of DC's regular characters Night Owl = Batman Dr. Manhattan = Superman etc. but the underlying theme of corruption and humanities basic distrust of authority.

They fellow the book of watchmen to the tee..He's up for a adult superhero movie...

I am not watched the movie yet! But, it seems not good enough movie to watch..heuheuheu
