Cellware?

Has anyone earned money with Cellware? It is a site where you can download free ringtones and other things for your cellphone, but you can also submit ringtones and content and you get paid per the number of times your content is downloaded. The only problem is you can't get paid until you reach 100.00. So has anyone ever made payout? If so, how long does it take and how much content do you have to submit?

Wow that sounds pretty cool. It reminds me of those offers from sites like Cashcrate where they pay you for downloading a free ring tone or text service. Except this is more commission based it seems.
