internet relationship, long distance relationship...

i heard that lots of people now are into internet. They find their partner thru internet. Most especially from different countries. Example, lots of filipina, their partner are from other country, from US, Canada, Australia, Spain and other countries. Its a long distance relationship also because they can't see each other aside from the net. There are lots of success stories about this, one is my best friend and some of my associate.
What about you? What is your point of view about this things.

Hi charlenmendoza ,well this type of relationship is on increase now-a-days.The reason can be many as people are hunting for true love and they are unable to find one in person,so they opt for this option in which a person does not has to give immediate commitment,also person gets to understand the views ideas and understanding of that person with his .............

Well, i do not completely disagree with this type of dating...I guess some people don't mind finding their special someone this way...If both are honest and sincere in being in a relationship then i believe it would be a success for them. Because as you know, the internet is like the perfect zone for different types of deception and lies so we can't really know and much less see if the other person at the other end really do mean what he/she feels...you can't really hear his/her tone of voice and you can't judge his/her actions to see if his/her feelings are true, unless you guys plan to meet someday later...then maybe just maybe it might work out.. ^_^ Just an opinion from mua...regards, mira.

There are lots of success stories.
I met my fiancé online five years ago. We worked together and were only friends. But as we got to know each other we fell in love. Now I have been overseas to visit him and he has come to visit me twice. Soon I will be moving there and we will be married :)
It is not the internet that is the problem when these relationships fail. You can truly get to know someone online, but it takes time. It is not enough to have conversations for a month and then decide to move across the world. Be cautious, but be open minded, and just don't give your heart away too fast. And anyone can find someone special.

internet relationship is almost just like a myth.they are rarely successful .I doubt even to call it long distance relationship.
