Anyone Order a Google Kit?

Every once in a while I stumble upon an ad to order a Google kit. Does anyone know what exactly this is? How does it work? I'm wondering if anyone actually made any money from it.

I have seen that one too. I have never order it I just do not like it when not enough information is given to me. even though it is only a dollar something, I kinda do not trust it. If you try it let me know.
