My earnings are decreasing in CIAO...

hi all, i know ciao has been some issues lately like some users were blocked from the site, their reviews were deleted and others but my case is kinda different. i noticed this one yesterday. i already reached the payout of 5.02 and withdraw the money. after 3 days i wasn't able to open it until yesterday that my earnings decreased and it went 4.94$ and my previous withdrawal or requested was not in the system. so, have you tried like this? am just curious why ciao are doing this to their users? please share some informations that would help everyone of us.
