Shareapic unstable?

Is it just me? Or is shareapic very unstable these days.
I keep getting the 400 restriction notice thing. And after i refresh the page like a gazillion times before i can see the proper shareapic main page.
Is this the same for you?

i think shareapic is normal recently......it is looks no problem for use.....but i worry about one problem,as the member of shareapic,i have reach my minimum payment term and i have request payment one month ago,but still to now,i have not received my payment,this is my first payment.....i want share with you shareapic payment experience..........thanks.........happy mylotting and have a nice day.

i'm only at my 4th dollar and haven't received payout either...

I am not getting such an error. I have just now also checked that site. It's working fine for me. What browser are you using? Try it in other browser. Clear your cookies and try again.
