How Often Do You Rate Responses?

Lately I have seen many people post asking about the star ratings next to name and I know that the way you can go up is by what other people are rating your responses. So how many mylotters out there actually take the them to go through and rate responses? I'm not going to lie - I'm probably in with the bunch that is on the low end of the spectrum. If I'm reading a discussion and I see a reply that is really great I will go ahead and click ahead but there have been times where I've given negative responses too and those are mostly the posts that are all about scamming people to join sites when they haven't really had much experience with them. So what have you all done? Do you rate responses or do you just pick best answers to your discussions?

Lol, just rated you up : ) I just rate all answers good, if it helps someone earn money why not? Why just let it go to waste?

Thank you! I do agree that otherwise it is going to waste if you don't rate, but I'm not going to rate someone who doesn't seem to do a good job when answering the question.

I rate everything I read (and I read a lot). I usually rate positive but when I also report a discussion or a response then I rate negative. I cannot see the point of reporting and then rating positive

In the Guidelines we are asked to report any discussions containing violations if we see them in order to help the myLot staff. I think that by doing so we help to get them removed quicker.
