How can i add glitter to my own art work?

I'm making a little drawing on my computer, and I think it might be nice to add some glitter to it, but I dont know how to add that glitter effect, as some of you may have seen I have a lot of glitter art in my profile, and I want to make my own little glitter art, but where do I go online to add glitter to my work can anyone tell me what site I can go to so I can add some glitter to my drawing?

I make glitter with Adobe Photoshop.But there are a lot of free to use websites online to where you can add glitter. If you use Photoshop you can download free glitter brushes to use to make glitter or you can download some free glitter swatches for word animations. There are also free lessons online to show you how to glitter your images.This is a animation I made with Photoshop. Paint shop pro is another program you can make glitters with. .. If you can't afford to buy these programs you can try LunaPic.com.. It's a pretty cool site..Good luck!
