Do you consider Earth Day a holiday?

I was wondering what people thought about Earth Day. For most people who don't know when it is, it is fastly approaching. It is on April 22. I believe that most people don't celebrate it and I'm not quite sure why. I mean, after all, if it weren't for the trees, we wouldn't have any oxygen, right? If it weren't for the Earth, where would people be? Or for that matter, would people really exist? So, in your honest opinion, do you believe Earth Day is a holiday or just another day of the week? Do you think it should celebrated or just looked passed?
