False claims concerning money!

Can somebody please tell me how so many companies are able to get away with all of this false advertising that's going around here on the internet........ In real life we could call the better business bureau when a company is in the wrong but who do we call online when we find out that a company is telling lies and making all kind of false statements, luring people on and taking their hard earned money, talk to me people, somebody please!

Sites seem to be getting very good at lying bu doing it correctly (through use of Terms Of Service). Because on the internet they always clearly display these one signing up, its hard to say a company scammed you as you were presented with the TOS on signup.
You may also find alot of these sites/companies host in different countries, that dont have strict internet laws, meaning they can do what they want.
