time wasters...

I just plain wouldn't answer the door! Or if you are outside make sure it's times when the pesky people are not usually home. We only visit on our block outside in the warmer months, we don't usually go into others homes unless we were invited in. So we chat it up in the drive way or garage typically. So I'd come up with a bunch of plausable excuses like your house is not suitable for company, you have an appointment to get to, child is ill, child is napping, you are on an important phone call, you are not feeling well, .... I'm looking to ignore some relatives that call me everyday. Thank goodness it's warm out the past few days so we're outside and that's my excuse for now. The calls are just getting to be too much and over the same things over and over.
