A laptop with webcam or a laptop without webcam?

i have two laptop one with webcam and one with no webcam. if i work out of town i bring the laptop with webcam so i can chat with my wife and our baby can see my also. the laptop with cam i just bought it last year and the laptop without cam was four or five years already. i guess if chatting is importang slecially if partners are far from each other then a laptop with a cam is important.

I have my Dell Laptop at first but it has no webcam then the battery just broke up, it doesn't charge anymore. Then last December 2008, i bought an Acer Laptop now with webcam. I feel comfortable with a laptop with webcam. One thing i want for my laptop is with webcam and with DVD multilayer rom.

In fact a webcam is not so important for me. I have a webcam at home but I seldom use it. It is not necessary to use it while chatting. So I will prefer to have a laptop without a webcam. It is not necessary to pay extra money for it. I love China
