Distance education for mature adults - Distance elearning

I am currently undertaking a Master of Education - Elearning and have found that most of the material that has been published relates either to students in primary/high school or university students. As a Distance elearning teacher of mature age adults (usually over the age of 30) I find that some of the issues that my students encounter are very different to the previously mentioned groups. If there are other teachers out there teaching these type of adults I would love to discuss with you issues that you have encountered and perhaps how you have remedied some of them.
