what does sea food do to our body

According to study a lot of people feel that cholestrol in seafood will increase the cholestrol in blood. It shows that cholestrol found in seafood or other meats has little effect on blood cholestrol, but when one compare seafood with red meat it gives our body the nutrience that it need to function and keep healthy
