Do you have any idea what's really going on with our nation? Do you think our nation is progressing or not?

It is not progressing I think the politician are responsible for this. There's so many corruption and political scandals. We can be successful if our government is serious with this problem but there so many cover ups that is happening in our government why this problems not been resolved up to now.

Hello fleur9586, good day to you. In the past history of our Nation here in our country, I can say that our country is good for the reason the goods and stuffs are very affordable and low cost, which means that the value of our currency is very high. As i remember my father and my mother told me that in 1979 the income salary that they always received everyday is only 12 pesos, where in that amount you no longer feel hungry for a day. Can you imagine how good is that amount and even the transfortation is very low, which is some kind of cent. When mother told me matter in the past, i appreciate it and i realize that if i will be a chance to go in that particular year, I will go and try the life where the currency of nation is good. Well, in the past we can see that most of the people in the government is not corrupt and they really give their best to help their country man, to be able to feel a good standard of living. I think the status of the economy of our country in the past and the feature is really different from each other. As we nowadays, the economy our country is very far from the past because now even the quantity of your money is still big, it is not useful because the cost of good and stuff in the market now is very high, which is not easy to be afford. In my own base opinion the reason why this thing is happen because of the reason the number of government politician became corrupt which is putting the badget of the people in their very big pockect and use it as their own money. For that particular reason our country bectame more poor and the number of street children and the unemployed people was also increase due to the low economy our country Philippines. But I think this coming next election for 2010, if the citizen of our country will be smart and intelligent, then vote the right person in the right position. There will be a good chance for our country to rise and i think the currency will became more high and many investor will go here in our country and plan & start business which will be more good for the people of our country because they can be able to have a good job. Well, that's all my response in your discussion. Happy posting and happy earning to us.

I don't think it's progressing.. you see, the main problem in our country is that, those politicians are greedy of positions.. they do things just to make them popular.. they just show that they are responsible when election is coming.. just like today, lots of politicians are making different publicities just to win the masses.. another problem is the voting masses.. they don't seem to realize who is really deserving to be the leader.. sometimes, those voting masses are being bought by politicians.. one more thing, lots of people makes a lot of mess by rallying.. instead of working to make their lives easy and to earn for a living, they chose to go out the road and parade and do unnecessary things.. they leave their homes and families with nothing to eat.. suppose they look for jobs to earn for their families, life should have been better.. well, of course they have their reasons of rallying, however, I don't agree much on doing that thing..

I hate to talk bout politics/economy that's why I don't watch TV... Since I became aware of happenings in our country, I thought our country is not progressing... Prices of commodity rises... everything's price rises... and to check the salary, it's way too little. T___T

Well for me as long as this present administration was still in the Palace. All their claim to be "Ramdam ang Kaunlaran" will never convince me that our country was progressing. They are the one that worsening the situation of our country to think about it.
