hi mylot friends my problem is how to avail paypal and alertpay here in the philippines..i don't know how to apply...please me i need this so that i could start my online income...is there any options?

Look for signup button in the paypal.com. You can signup to paypal and receive your money directly to your bank account there in 5 days time.

I believe this is a signup button on the top of the page.
