YES! I do have problems sleeping; it is almost 6am here where I am. I usually get about 5-6 hrs of sleep. I know it is not healthy. Your body needs down time to repair itself. They say at least 8 hrs. I used to be able to get by on 5-6 hrs of sleep when I was younger. Now that I am pushing 60, I need more sleep, but I just have so many things to do, I find myself not able to allocate the full 8 hrs. I do end up nodding off during the day quite often. That is not good. But I don't work outside the home any longer, so I don't have to worry about nodding off or snoring in the middle of a large office. That would be so embarrassing! I should just buckle down and turn off the tv at a reasonable hour and try to go to sleep. When I do this, though, I find myself not able to drift off to sleep for almost an hour. That is maddening. I don't take sleeping pills, drink warm milk or tea. That would be the next steps I should look into. They say lack of sleep can lead to heart attack or stroke. I do not want either one of those!

If you are facing problem from long time then you need to go to Doctor. Otherwise may be you are in big problem in near future. Personally, I don't have any sleeping problem.
