Manga or Anime?

Well I have a friend who is residing now in Japan and already watched our favorite anime's like Bleach and Naruto full series. But for us who are not residing there on Japan, do you prefer on reading Manga's,
a Japanese comics or wait for a week or two just to watch a video of your favorite anime like Bleach and Naruto for they are updating new episodes every week?

for me, i'll choose anime because i can easily understand the story and it is "moving" xD and in anime... a character's feeling is easier to understand because there is someone dubbing to them. xD
