Could you introduce a tool that can read electric book more comfortable for eyes

Yes, I have a cell phone with a function to read books. But it can’t change the
brightness of screen.
So I need one that can change the brightness but not too big because that will has
not harm for your eyes.

This tool can be availble in your mobile. Otherwise you can search this tool by using search engine. If you only want to increase brightness then do it manually.

Have you tried mobi-pocket reader or adobe reader mobile? Both have a screen brightess adjustment that work great for me. I have eye trouble too and these programs are the ones that I use on my T-mobile wing. Let me know how they work for you.
