Looking for placces to promote a GPT site

I have been hired to promote FreeCashMoneyGifts.com after I quit working as the marketer for TreasureTrooper.com. The difference between the two sites is that FreeCashMoneyGifts.com pays every 24 hours, which is great for people who need money ASAP. Where are some good places to advertise the site? I'm on a fairly low budget, that's why I've decided to harness some of the creativity of mylot users?
