what type of pulses you like normally?

Pulses are rich source of protein and it is very easy to cook and also we can have raw if we are in a diet to maintain our health.I love to have cooked channa dal and green gram dal specially with roti and paratta. How about you, do you like to have pulses? what type sprouts pulse or by cooking?
