how do you deal with stress?

I used to work in one of the huge company in the wold, COCA-COLA. I can say that it very stressful to me. I thought that I could not make up with all the pressures. But I told myself that if I quit, then I am a loser. So, what I did was I tried to divert stress. I used to make fun with my co-employees just to fight the stress. And after that, I continue with my work. When I get home, I don't think of all the things that stress me instead I listen to my favorite songs to make me feel relax. Eating chocolates is also one of my diversion of stress. It is like a cigarette to me. There are a lot of tac tics in fighting stress. And it is you who can find it. Always remember that, stress is a challenge for you. Never quit!

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage stress, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.

yes! stress is a big challenge for every one of us. because of our hectic life now a days being stressful in any ways are all the true. but we have our own ways on dealing on it. on how we could fight it and on how we could end up stress free at the end of the day. some go out with famliy, friends and boyfriend/girlfriend. some watch tv, browsing the internet, jus rst and relax on their rooms and just chillin out in their houses.

I also have stress,and I can't divert it.Sometimes I go shopping,listen to music. I don't know how to fighting stress expect that.

I would look at ways of diverting my attention away from the thoughts which are causing stress. Watching a good movie or going out for a long drive has helped. So does meditation and just hanging around with friends.
