How many hours do you sleep

How many hours do you sleep daily. It has been seen that sleeping for too long or too short is not good for health. Sleeping 7-8 hours per day is good. Share your opinion .

I like my sleep. I usually end up getting anywhere from 6-7 hours a night. I usually still feel tired during the day if I am not able to get at least those 6 or 7 hours. I would love to get the full eight hours needed but I never get myself to bed that early. I have also noticed that if I end up getting to much sleep then I just feel run down the next day so I do believe that the 7 or 8 hours of sleep is best for you!

I sleep about 7 hours a day,usually, go to sleep at 0:00, and get up at 7 o'clock. But I still feel tired everyday, I want to sleep more, and plan to go to bed at 22:30, but every night, I can't help going on net and till 0:00, then too tired too sleep. I hate this kind of life, but I can't change it. Oh, my christ! Why is the life not easy? I'm tired!

I actually only sleep 5 hours everyday. Its because of a hectic schedule that I have to balance...my work, my boyfriend, my parents, my business. urgh.lol! But yeah, my body got use to it...if I exceed 5 hours...my head would ache and I'll feel feverish.

I hate to sleep because it is just a wast of time , i know some people who r sleeping only 4 hours a day since many years . i want to reach that goal. well currently i sleep 8 hours a day.I never sleep a hour more than that . i know the fact that if i don't sleep for 8 hrs in a day the remaining sleep will be transfered to the next day , so i only sleep 8 hrs a day nor a minute more or less. what about u .

i usually sleep for about seven hours each day ,i usually go to sleep at one o'clock in the night ,and in the taytime i often get up at about half past seven.
