Actually my mother is a good cook. But one of my favorite is fish with coco milk. It really taste good. If she did not cook for us that viand I would not able to eat any of it. Ones you have taste it, you'll gonna crave for it.

My mom is the best cook.. she can cook anything and everything from scratch.. i guess it runs in the family.. her specialty is filipino cuisine.. i love her own version of sinigang na baboy(pork), sinigang na hipon(shrimps) menudo, afritada, fish in coconut milk, nilagang baka(beef), adobong manok(chicken), pinakbet, sizzling kangkong, beef steak tagalog, barbeque, miso, fish in tofu sauce and many many more.. i also like her own version of spaghetti, it tastes like Jollibee's but i guess better than that! yum yum!
