Who is a leader for you? What qualities do you think a leader should have? Do you have someone you look up to who embodies what a leader is?

A good quality of a leader is someone who served his followers. He will set an example of how to do things instead of commanding the people on doing things. He himself will show how to do it. A leader is not a commander but someone who leads.. he will do it first and others would follow.. He should have concern to his followers, be Understanding and should put himself to their shoes, meaning he should feel what his members feel. Open minded and caring person.

I agree with what you said. I've always believe that leaders should be "servants". And they should serve without expecting anything in return. Because if they are, then their service is not for real.

I think a leader for me is someone who's leading a victorious life, that people get to be inspired whenever he or she speaks and has the power to convince others because he is trustworthy and tested through time. He knows when to be autocratic, democratic or laisez faire, it's not just one aspect but flexible. Lastly, for me he should not end up doing everything, but he's able to supervise, know which work best suits for certain person and facilitate in moving to the right direction. Most importantly that leader should model God's grace too. ^^
