E-how...for US Citizens only / myLot

I have long been trying to join e-how, but evertime i try to register, the site always asks for my tax information. i kept on typing my informations but the registration would not pursue, its either my tax number or address is valid.this makes me wonder, is this site ope to us citizens only. theres a link there about the information about taxes, the link goes to a site where you can get your tax informations in the US. Please help me be informed.Thanks

I do believe e-how is for US Residents only. I don't think they have any way to cross check other nationalities' tax information even if they do allow non-US Residents. Does e-how pay for every article or only for every view on the article made? Thanks for the response on my discussion!
