Would they still paid my discussion?

Would they still pay for my discussion posted, if no one gonna answer my discussion? I just curious about it. Because it is all about bringing traffic, if my posted discussion not attract many people to come. Would they still pay for my effort?

My answer is no, it need at least two person or more which give you the response or the comments.
