Are you an insecure person?...If so,what triggers insecurity? Is there a way to conquer it and be secure? I've heard men don't like insecure women is there some truth to that?

I think many have some sort of insecurity that we all have our specifics "triggers" dating to our younger years. I battle with acceptance and fear issues and sometimes do stupid things as a reaction to triggers.
