Is true? If somebody want a positive answer must to know to ask a postive question, in a positive way!!
If somebody ask me in a bad way something, never i will make whar he ask me...but if he know to make me answer in a positive way, i will be a nice person....
This is valuable for you too?

Yes I would answer a question with the best of my abilty if I was asked in a good way.I would ignore him if he was pushy about it.
