I want to upgrade on neobux now

I am thinking to upgrade on neobux now, but then I dont have enough money on my paypal acount and think I will need to have til next month so i can get a little payment from some money making sites that that I am using... Hope Neobux wont turn scam ^^;;
do u think I will earn by upgrading and renting referals?

I´m renting over a 100 referrals there but it´s not making me rich. I get about a dollar a day but I should get much more. That has kept me from upgrading there. I have had much more luck with other sites that are older and as such, more serious. I am talking about wordlink and clixsense. Both have been online about 5 years, both are international. I became a verified member of them ($10 for a year instead of the $90 neobux asks) and I´m earning over $10 a month on each with no referrals.
