Is captcha2cash a scam or a genuine site?

Well,recently I discovered a site called captcha2cash.The site tells us that it pays its users to predict the captchas correctly.They have a minimum payout of 10 cents and they pay you .2 cents for every correct prediction made.This site pays through libertyreserve.Is anyone here who can help me and inform me if the site is a scam or a genuine one?Has anyone been paid from the site yet?
