what do you think about Indonesia

selamat malam i've been to indonesia several times over the last few years. i've visited jakarta, yogyakarta and bali. your country has a rich culture and strong religious beliefs, that's very admirable. like my own country philippines, indonesia shares the same problems as we do politically and economically. i remember holding on to the first few words i knew when i stayed there for 5 months the first time. nasih goreng, nasih putih and ayam goreng seems to be the only food i could order from restaurants because those are the only things i could understand before. and knowing where the kamar kecil is very important too especially when i'm in a mall or a hotel or any public place. what i love there is the art. so many artistic people. i like the paintings and the wood carvings. the people are so nice especially in bali. overall, i had a great experience everytime i visit there. but i have to learn a lot more in bahasa indonesia. :)

I don't really have any experience of your country so can't honestly say I have an opinion about it. I know that the capital is Jakarta and I know a few people who've visited there for holiday. Apart from that I don't really know much. Care to share what you feel are the best things about your country?
