You shouldn't! Then, imagine that he/she is in front of you at this very moment. Now, Shout your heart out! Make this discussion yours. Keeping everything to yourself won't help. this is indeed a very good way to relieve yourself from a stress. i have tried this once and yes... it helps make you feel a whole lot better! :D

This theraphy sounds good. It really might work. Just be aware of your surroundings and watch out for he might be sneaking around. I don't want him to know that I still love him. Not now that he had moved on and forget about me. How is my food theraphy compared to your shout theraphy? You'll still be keeping it to yourself with mine but with yours, you can have the world know how special he is for you.
