How to beat this extreme summer? Just take plenty of water, use umbrella and try to escape from direct sunlight. What's your opinion?

Stay indoors, go malling where the stores are airconditioned or stay in the bath tub the whole day. LOL just kidding. Drink lots of liquid, water, juices, cold/iced milk, cold/iced coffee or iced tea. To prevent sunburn, put on long sleeve, wear a hat, un umbrella or put on sunblock lotion. But don't wear long sleeve while swimming, it's funny but if you're surfing or diving, the wet suits or dry duits are in long sleeves LOL

More than that, drink tender coconut, lemon juice and butter milk.Add curd to your diet.Don't go for artificial cool drinks.Just rely on the natural ones.Avoid roaming out from 11 am to 3 pm,if possible.Use prickly heat powder.Cheers!

Build a cold storage...shift all your furnitures inside it and sleep all round the day.. ha ha.. Sorry,I was just kidding..You can do these thing to beat the heat this summer: 1.Drink plenty of Glucose water and fruit juice. 2.Use umbrella and sun glasses. 3.Cover your mouth and nose with a wet handkerchief when you go out in the sun. 4.Wear white clothes as they repel sunlight. have a nice day..

Since I live in the desert - I have to have air conditioning!
