How do you deal with breakups in your life?

i have had two breakups already and i can say that i wasn't able to handle both well. i'm the type of girl who loves too much so when i get hurt, it's really very painful. for the two breakups, i was really sad and i kept crying at night. i found it really hard to get over both breakups. in fact, it took me 2 years to get over the first breakup. lol. the second breakup was a lot better than the other one since it was really my decision because it already wasn't working out.
