Better try sisig! it's a grilled pork chopped finely and season with onion and siling labuyo with mayonnaise. Other prefer to have the "utak" as substitute for mayonnaise. But it taste more delicious than having mayonnaise at all. I'll give you some tip, whenever you're going to have your drinking session always prepare spicy foods for your pulutan. Enjoy drinking but do it moderately!
