Gambling with IPL

I have heard some messages that some gambling is going on IPL cricket match. Please discuss about the genuinness of the message and if yes the proceedure

Betting goes on each and everything here in India, and IPL is no different. And more than IPL the amount is on the elections. Its unfortunate but ya people want to bet so it goes on, they should be responsible themselves as none is taking money by force from them, they enjoy betting so let it be. Or should say betting should be legal in India.. so that at least the money goes to govt. rather than some mafia or whatever they call it..
