how to improve our general health

If we know about our body and what benefit it then we would take measure to keep it fit. It is a fact that vitamin benefit peoples health and liver, in particular. According to study vitamin c is responsible for detoxication. To protect our immune system it is important to take vitamin c, hecause i helps fight infection. one must do what it takes to keep our body in good health and eat the vitamins that will help to repair our body and keep it in good health.

A glass of water about 500ml every morning after get up will a good idea for our health. Many people have proved this,and more people try this. Really useful!

Do exercise 30 minutes thrice a week, eat lots of vegetables and fruits, drink moderately,don't smoke and have happy disposition

I take 1000-1500 MG of vitamin c daily. Vitamin c is one of the best vitamins to take, but it's better to get it from food/fruit then from pill form. But for myself I'm suppose to watch my sugar intake so I try to avoid drinking too much orange juice . But I usually drink fresh squeezed OJ 3 times a week. Selenium is another good vitamin to take daily. It's a antioxidant and I've read it can kill certain types of cancer cell's. I feel more research should go into finding natural cure's for various diseases and aliments.I'm a true believer in supplements and juicing :)
