Someone once said that the best way to find someone to love you is to love yourself.
How do you love yourself? What does your love for yourself look like? How do you take care of yourself? How would you recommend that others care for themselves?

My understanding on this is that one should know herself first - one should know what makes her happy, sad/upset. What are the things she like or dislike. It's very important to know/love ourselves because when we fell in love, chances are we forget our own true selves. We try to like things because our bf/gf likes it. Our own uniqueness suffers when we fell in love. This is the reason that it is important that we love/know ourselves first.
